Well, I'm back, after having made a thoroughly ridiculous ARSE of myself last night. *laughs*
Thanks so much for putting up with me, I know I can be a bit selfish and insecure sometimes, but let's not forget that I am an actress, and therefore my existance is only validated by the adoration of others. *grins*
At least you know that my rampant self pity doesn't last very long, and I'm nearly always back to my normal cheerful self right away. :)
ashfae,
lady_aquila and
ezzyangel, I made you some icons, I hope you approve. *G*

Had the most delightful ride home on the train tonight -- sat next to a monkey-faced man playing godawful nu-metal rubbish at ear-splitting decibels -- rarely as has anyone wished so hard they were deaf. Standing next to me in the crowded carriage was another incredible rude specimen of manhood, who was eating crisps, most of which obviously never made it to his mouth because they kept falling down on me, on my book, in my hair, all over the place. I kept looking up and glaring at him, but he kept munching away, like a human cow oblivious to anything except his food. And of course it's raining, so the walk home wasn't fun at all either. Got in soaking wet and not at all pleased. But then I had some chocolate and felt much better. *grins impishly*
OMG I just remembered that I still don't have Tori's new album! AHHHHHHHHHHHHH!! *runs around in frantic circles*
Had an amusing time singing in rehearsal today -- my voice is still pretty rubbish from being ill, and I can't sing high at all, but the lower notes are fine, and I *did* hit a low B flat for the first time ever, go me! Maybe I'm turning into a Baritone. *giggles*

You prolly like vampires cause you roleplay as one alot, and you secretly
wish the local club had more room for you to play magic. It's all good
though, at least you're vaguely intelligent and are well prepared to battle
any orc should they come into existance with your uber-g33kness and your
stompy boots!
HEY, where's the PERKYGOTH answer? That's me! Although this does sound pretty cool too. Except of course I am not vaguely intelligent, but unbelievably clever and brilliant. So there. ;-)
This test made me nostalgic for RPGs, I haven't played in such a long time. Anyone care to play D&D or Vampire with me? *grins*

Date: 2002-10-31 08:35 am (UTC)*LOL* I don't know what crisps are, but I picture Nevvie sitting on the train with a man with a vacant look ( and, for some reason, the ears of a cow! ) standing over her, eating cookies or potato chips or some such, and the crumbs raining down on Nevvie's curly hair... The picture almost makes me laugh out loud ( and since I'm at work, that wouldn't be a very good idea ;-)!
I never played much RPG because the people I knew used to play all night and I need a lot of sleep. Especially Vampire the Masquerade they played at night. Kinda makes sense, but... And there's lots of RPG clubs in Sweden, but I think most of the members are teeenage boys that just want to whack anything that moves... until it's stopped moving! OK, I know there are others, but I don't know who they are or how to come into contact with them. I've only been playing the Elfquest RPG and very little AD&D. Heureka and I were going to play the Babylon 5 RPG and made up characters and started writing stories about those characters, but we never played. The man who was going to be the GM was/is very busy, and then Heureka moved...
I'd love to play with you, but for now it would have to be online RPG! And nothing too serious..!
