Hey Americans! VOTE HAMSTER FOR PRESIDENT IN 2004! (Hey, he can't be any worse than the Shrub, right? ;-) *giggles*

A big ((((thank you)))) to everyone who replied to my last entry, you're all far too good to me. *hugs and kisses* I had 88 comments, a new Nevvie's Journal record! Gosh. I feel like Cassie Claire. *grins*

Tonight I watched the most brilliant episode of The Dead Zone, it was absolutely the best thing I've seen in aaages. The plot was incredibly clever and suspenseful, and utterly engaging. Does anyone else like this series? I love it. Who knew the geeky boy from the Brat Pack would make such a great comeback? :)

Eeee! Look where I'm going in May! That's right, I'm going to meet BILLEH!!!!!! YEAHHHH! *does the Happy Nevvie dance* :D
So many wicked people are going to be as this event, like Jonas from Stargate: SG-1, Belloq from Raiders of the Lost Ark, and Paul Mcgann, the wide-eyed prettyboy from Withnail and I (and the most gorgeous Doctor Who ever)! And did I mention BILLEH? *giggles* [livejournal.com profile] trianne and [livejournal.com profile] hjartad are going too, we are going to have the best time! I only wish it was a proper convention, with discos and costume competitions and celebrity panels, but ah well! At least I'll get to hug Billlyyyyyyyyyyy. Mmmmm. Billy. I did say he was going to be there, right? *laughs* :)

I'm going to wander around Covent Garden tomorrow, and hopefully try to get tickets to see either Joseph Fiennes (*droool*) or Sir Derek Jacobi in a play, as it's the last week for both of their productions. (Love's Labour's Lost and The Tempest.) Wish me luck!

*goodnight kisses from your adoring Nevvie* :)

So, is Billy going to be there? *wink*

*goodnight kisses*

Tease? Moi? Never!

Well, maybe. But only Monday through Friday. I deliver on the weekends.

Wow, that sounds like fun:) *starts planning how to get there* Let's see, hijack a train...

[identity profile] angelislington.livejournal.com 2003-03-11 02:12 pm (UTC)(link)

Yeah!

Come on down, I'm sure it'll definitely be worth the trouble. You know you want to! (Toooooommmmmm....Billleeehhhhhhhh...*spooky yet convincing spirit voices* ;-)

[identity profile] winterswitchery.livejournal.com 2003-03-10 05:33 pm (UTC)(link)
That's incredible about Billy and all but here I am envying over
John deLancie! 'Q'!!!!! *swoon* That seriously looks fun *^^* Many
incredible folks ^^

I'm such a nerd *thud*

[identity profile] angelislington.livejournal.com 2003-03-11 02:09 pm (UTC)(link)

*laughs*

Nerds rule! *high five*

I met John de Lancie at a Star Trek convention many moons ago, and was both impressed and horrified by the indecipherable squiggle that is his signature. *G* I didn't get my photo with him that time, so hopefully this will be my chance!

[identity profile] wildemoose.livejournal.com 2003-03-10 05:45 pm (UTC)(link)
Ooh! John de Lancie is the man! And of course Billy. But Q...you can't get much sexier.

[identity profile] angelislington.livejournal.com 2003-03-11 02:03 pm (UTC)(link)

He is supahsexay. *purrrrrrrrr*

I've already met him, so I'm not hyperventilating with squeeage, but it's still great to see him again! His signature is the absolute worst I've ever seen though. Doctors have neater handwriting. *giggles*

[identity profile] gnosis-soul.livejournal.com 2003-03-10 05:48 pm (UTC)(link)
But... eh... wha... uh!

NOT. FAIR.

I see Tom Felton is also going to be there. But BILLY BOYD?! AND PAUL MCGANN!?

*cries*

[identity profile] angelislington.livejournal.com 2003-03-11 02:01 pm (UTC)(link)

I know. It's all too much to handle at once, isn't it. :)

I can't wait to pounce on Paul. Mmm. Maybe he'll even sing for me! *swoon!*

Oh, and BILLEH. *grins*

[identity profile] lisaofdoom.livejournal.com 2003-03-10 06:17 pm (UTC)(link)
That hamster thing is awesome! XD

*jealousjealous of ZEE BILLEH*

[identity profile] angelislington.livejournal.com 2003-03-11 02:00 pm (UTC)(link)

*gigglegrin*

BILLEH SHALL BE MINE! YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!

Bwahahahaha. :)

[identity profile] silverwraith.livejournal.com 2003-03-10 07:03 pm (UTC)(link)
Billy, Belloq, AND Paul McGann?! sweet!

*envies*

I just need to move to the UK, I think.

[identity profile] angelislington.livejournal.com 2003-03-11 01:59 pm (UTC)(link)

Yes!

Mass exodus to Nevvie's house! PARTAAAAAY! *giggles*

Re:

[identity profile] silverwraith.livejournal.com 2003-03-11 02:06 pm (UTC)(link)
wooohooo!! I'll bring some music with me!

hope you've got enough room for everyone... *giggle*

[identity profile] laizeohbeets.livejournal.com 2003-03-10 08:20 pm (UTC)(link)
PAT MORITA! WARWICK DAVIS! BILLEH! TOM FELTON!

... jessi seems to need to go to said thing. unfortunately, she has AP exams and cannot miss. esp since she is in the wrong country.

[identity profile] angelislington.livejournal.com 2003-03-11 01:58 pm (UTC)(link)

*laughs*

I was about to say 'your exams are most important!' but then you added that you were in the wrong time zone, so my objection was a bit redundant. ;-)

Re:

[identity profile] laizeohbeets.livejournal.com 2003-03-11 03:51 pm (UTC)(link)
well, since i want to be able to exempt modern european history for college, this exam is pretty important. but if that thing were a month later... i would SO be there.

*pout* why can't they have things like that in atlanta?

Re:

[identity profile] angelislington.livejournal.com 2003-03-11 03:53 pm (UTC)(link)

You have DragonCon though, right? That's pretty nifty. *G*

Re:

[identity profile] laizeohbeets.livejournal.com 2003-03-11 04:24 pm (UTC)(link)
not sure.

i never hear about the semi-local ones, i guess.

[identity profile] ashfae.livejournal.com 2003-03-11 01:36 am (UTC)(link)
Okay, massive squeeage for Pippin, but if you have time, do take a few moments to squee over Tom Felton (can't help it, it's the eyebrows), Warwick Davis, and above all, JOHN DE LANCIE!!!! on my behalf.

[identity profile] angelislington.livejournal.com 2003-03-11 01:55 pm (UTC)(link)

I already met John de Lancie, hence the lack of squeeage. Will still get his autograph again of course. *grins*

I forgot about Tom! I shall run up to him, throw my arms around his neck and squeal 'PEAGREEN!', at which point he will most likely call security. *giggles*

[identity profile] laizeohbeets.livejournal.com 2003-03-11 03:55 pm (UTC)(link)
AHAHAHAH!

peagreen clock!

tom felton will forever be peagreen clock to me.

Do you know how incredibly lucky you are to live in England?! Things like these never happen in Sweden. Nobody interesting ever comes here! There are some conventions I think, but mainly with fantasy/sci-fi writers and panels and discussions... "Real" conventions just rule! I've only been to two so far, but they're wonderful! Aside from meeting some of your favourite actors, it feels wonderful to know that you're not the only "geek"/insane person around; everybody is just as fanatical if not more, and you belong in some weird way! I never go to discos otherwise, but at conventions I feel I have a right to be there!

Ohhh, miss them! I have to come visit you sometime..! Problem is that I'm afraid of going anywhere outside Sweden alone. I'm pathetic, I know... We'll see..!

[identity profile] angelislington.livejournal.com 2003-03-11 01:57 pm (UTC)(link)

There is an easy way to solve your problems: Move here. *grins impishly*

[identity profile] lady-aquila.livejournal.com 2003-03-14 12:10 am (UTC)(link)
Hmmm... there is one problem. In Sweden we have a library classification system based on letters; for example if you want a book about cats and dogs, you go to "Qdfj", and books in Swedish but translated from other languages can be found at "Hce". The rest of the world uses classification systems based on numbers, and I happen to have this problem, it's like dyslexia but with numbers instead..! I guess I'm lucky I live in Sweden, or I wouldn't have been able to work as a librarian..! ;-)

If a fangirl squeals in a forest, does she still make a noise?

[identity profile] ladynemo.livejournal.com 2003-03-11 07:18 pm (UTC)(link)
*big ol' fangirl scream*!!!!!! Billeh!! Warwick Davis!! TOM FELTON!!! *voice cracks* OHMYGAWD!!!! *collapses*

Re: If a fangirl squeals in a forest, does she still make a noise?

[identity profile] angelislington.livejournal.com 2003-03-12 02:21 pm (UTC)(link)

*laughs*

Come with me! We'd have SUCH a blast.

And I could carry you around after you've fainted...;-)

Murder and All Bran and rape...

[identity profile] queeniefox.livejournal.com 2003-03-15 01:50 pm (UTC)(link)
Arrg! Another thing I want to go to! I can't access the site though - stupid thing. *kicks computer*

Paul McGann? *goes alarmingly fangirly* Eeep! Ever seen Hornblower? Ioan Gruffudd and Paul McGann in one show...heaven!

[identity profile] angelislington.livejournal.com 2003-03-15 02:09 pm (UTC)(link)

I didn't know Paul was in Hornblower!

Oooh. Must watch nowwwwwwwww. *lick*

[identity profile] queeniefox.livejournal.com 2003-03-15 02:12 pm (UTC)(link)
It's only on once in a blue moon though! :(

Still it's probably repeated on satellite isn't it? *grumbles*
