neverwhereI got my pictures from Collectormania back today, and was absolutely heartbroken to discover that they are all terrible. I'm not just saying that because I hate the way I look in pictures (although of course I do), I mean the quality of the film, the poses, the angles, the faces, everything -- just terrible. Sigh. I really wanted the picture of me and Corin Nemic to come out well, and while he looks gorgeous I look like I've just been mauled by wild dogs and left for dead. Hurrah. And both me and John Rhys Davies look totally drunk, which I suppose is amusing, but hardly the kind of thing I want framed. Even the pictures of Trinny and Kia are bad, with the notable exception of ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)

Having said that, I do have two rather excellent pictures. Of Billy. :)
Billy with his arm around me, and Billy looking up at the camera with a sweetly puzzled expression. Which I suppose is all I really need to be happy. *giggles*
I also had the photos from the Alan Cumming signing developed at last, which I can't wait to show off. They're all of him being cheeky and giving this photographer a terrific view of his chest through his deep v-neck shirt. Yummmmm. Unfortunately they're all a bit far away, but I think I'm going to get them cropped and reprinted, with poster sized close ups to hang on my wall. *licks lips eagerly* ;-)
On a semi-related note -- I really wish I could stop being so possesive and jealous about everyone liking Nightcrawler now that the film has been released. Sometimes being a long time fan has it's downsides...*small sigh* (And why shouldn't everyone adore him? He's fucking brilliant! And a brilliant fuck. Badda boom! *cymbol crash* *lol* :)
Gahhhh, what am I doing online!? I haven't started packing! AT ALL! AHHHHHHHHHHH!!! *runs around in circles flailing arms helplessly* Ohgodohgodohgodohgod...
I can't believe I leave in less than 40 hours. That doesn't seem like much at all, does it.

The only fanfic I've really read about Kurt is that beautiful anime comic on one of the main fansites. I'm sure you know which one I mean, even if I am so absent minded as to forget where it is or what it's called. *giggles*
I first started reading the X-Men when I was about 10 years old, so I'm an 'old school' fan of 15 years. Whooot! Nightcrawler was always my favourite (although X-Force soon became the comic of choice) because he was playful and caring and had such hidden depths...And when I saw Evolution for the first time, I fell head over heels in luuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuurve. Mmmmmm. So. CUTE. *loveshim* :)
He's just the best! And now everybody knows it too. *grins*
