I still can't believe I didn't go to the premiere last night. Stupid, stupid Nevvie. At least I can remember my all-too-brief time at the London premiere last year. Will not angst about not being in London anymore, will not angst...

Anyhoo. :)

I never did tell you about my Thanksgiving ~~trauma~~ adventure, did I. Well, it's not what you think -- I was assaulted at work! Huzzah! Yes, that's right. I tried to stop three nefarious criminals from stealing about $1,000 worth of games and one of them pushed me to the ground and kicked me before running away, laughing at me as they went. The cops came (three of them, which I thought was a bit much, although I suppose they were just grateful for something to do on a slow day), I told my story about 15 times, went home, was later called back to identify two suspects, rode in a police car (highly uncomfortable, and do not recommend it to anyone) and finally went to my father's house for pie, secure in the knowledge that I helped catch two of the bastards who hurt me and my store. GO ME!

Today I will be posting a few holiday cards and presents, and hopefully will finish the rest tomorrow. Aren't I organized this year? I blame

brandybuck, for no real reason other than it's fun. And she adores me, so I can do just about anything to her. *grins impishly*
