Happy Festival of Lights, my Jewcy friends. *mwah!*

Yesterday I went back to Hollywood for the last time to film Graham Norton's special 'A Very Campy Christmas'. I brought [livejournal.com profile] undomiel_tari with me, and as she had never seen the show before I think she was a bit shocked, but enjoyed herself anyway. *grins* The guests were Tony Curtis and Pamela Anderson (bleaugh), and the house band was the delightfully camp KC and the Sunshine Band. We had brought photos to be featured on the show, but they didn't use them, so alas, once again my dreams of tv stardom have been dashed. I did see myself several times on the monitors, so at least there's that. (Although I am making some award-winningly stupid faces, wah hey ;-) We also met a charming couple who oddly enough live just down the street from both of us, which was neat. And another Long Beach resident who was on the show confessed to pleasuring himself while stuck on the motorway, had his house decorated with christmas lights that say 'Jack jerks off in traffic!', and I'm positive it's a house I recognize. I wish I had looked for it when I got home last night. *giggles*
And so the Saga of Graham comes to an end. Awwwwww. :)

Because my obsession refuses to die, I thought I would let you see what it is I'm still wearing around my neck. My Trilogy Tuesday pass is so stylish, neh? The badges are mine, from TORN's both at ComicCon. Aren't they great? I should probably make one into an icon.
Everyone also received a special commemorative film frame by Sideshow Weta, which looks like this, and is already selling for outrageous amounts of money on Ebay. How can you sell something that helps you remember such an important day? Sheeesh.

And now I must get ready to endure a family gathering at my aunt's house as we celebrate this ohsofestive holiday season. Huzzah. Thankfully my family is rather small, at least here on this side of the ocean. But any gathering involving Jews and food is pretty much guarenteed to be filled with sound and fury, signifying nothing. Except perhaps the arrival of lunch. :)

...that daypass is SO COOL. Man, I wish my theater had passed those out. But we were at a Regal, not AMC. Wah. And d00d, I can't believe people are selling their commemorative film frames either. *loves her preciousss* Then again, my friend's 11-year-old cousin who came with us on Trilogy Tuesday, upon receiving her frame: "Boring." :/
Does not compute.

Boring??

That's BLASPHEMY, that is! He does not deserve such shiny happy goodness. I hope your friend took the naughty boy's frame away and kept it for herself. :)

Little girl, actually. I was all >:O at her for it. Friend did not realize her cousin's error, however, and let the little twit take it home where it will surely go uncherished. >:O
